ATTENTION NEW GUESTS
I do require all new clients to have a consultation prior to booking a color appointment. This ensures that we are on the same page with the results you are wanting and the time allotted for the service.
There is also a $50 non-refundable deposit required for all new clients upon booking a color appointment.
Consultations can be done in person at the salon, or online through text or email. Please provide photos of your current hair, a brief hair history, and inspiration photos for what you’re wanting. Once we’ve consulted, I will send over an invoice for your deposit. Once again, this deposit is non-refundable.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellations made less than 48 hours in advance will result is a fee of 50% of services booked.
All cancellations with less than 24 hours notice and no-shows will result in a forfeiture of the service price.
No-shows will result in 100% charge of services booked and no future appointments will be booked. By scheduling an appointment, you are agreeing to our cancellation policy.
