ATTENTION NEW GUESTS
I require all new clients to have a consultation prior to booking a color appointment. This ensures that we are on the same page with the results you are wanting and the time allotted for the service.
There is a non-refundable deposit required for all new clients upon booking a color appointment.
Consultations and deposit are required for all new color clients or clients that have not been seen in over 12 months. Appointment requests made by new guests will not be accepted unless a consultation has taken place. Consultations are completed via email. Please submit photos of your current hair along with inspiration photos, as well as a brief hair color history and any other hair-related questions to karinnamagic@allhallowshairstudio.com.
Response time: 2-3 business days and only during business hours. Thank you for your cooperation and support!
CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellations made less than 48 hours in advance will result is a fee of 50% of services booked.
All cancellations with less than 24 hours notice and no-shows will result in a forfeiture of the service price.
No-shows will result in 100% charge of services booked and no future appointments will be booked. By scheduling an appointment, you are agreeing to our cancellation policy.
